Where the numbers come from.
Every figure on this site comes from our own call history across comparable campaigns in the UK, Europe and the USA. We publish the working so you can check it against your own numbers. We do not publish client names, campaign names or raw call counts.
Only 20% ever pick up.
Across our campaigns, roughly one in five contacts has ever answered a cold call however many times they were dialled. The remaining four in five do not answer at any attempt.
Dialling everyone.
When a list is dialled top to bottom with no scoring, reps spend most of their dials on numbers that go to voicemail, ring out or are dead.
P1, P2 and P3 rates.
A P1 contact has answered a live verification call, so reps dial P1 contacts first. P2 contacts have a real, answered line but did not pick up during verification, so reps dial them after the P1s. P3 numbers are dead, wrong or switchboard only and are removed.
How it works in practice.
PriorityDial checks which numbers reach a live person before your reps call.
Your reps dial the P1s first, then the P2s, in the dialler they already use.
Results vary from team to team, so the pilot measures them on your own list.
PriorityDial does not create conversations with people who will never answer. It removes the dials spent on them.
